Dr. Li will be joining Bedford Family Medicine in May!


Dr. Li began her academic career in international business. She attended Oklahoma State University, and graduated with honors. After obtaining a master’s degree in Business Administration from OSU, she began working in Dallas. At that time, she started volunteering at Texas Presbyterian Hospital, and was inspired to pursue a career in medicine. She attended medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas. During her training, she was drawn to the diversity of community medicine and the continuity developed by close patient relationship. She then completed her internship and residency in family medicine at Parkland Memorial Hospital.

After residency, Dr. Li worked at the Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio serving retired military personnel and their families. She enjoys practicing preventative health care, seeing patients of all ages, and focusing on quality care for her patients. Though she and her family enjoyed their time in San Antonio, they have moved back to Dallas because it has always felt like home.

Dr. Li is married, and has two cats. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her family. She is fluent in both English and Chinese.
